Scope and Contents Rollins Women's Association (RWA) was established in the early 1930s to promote social contacts that would bring the whole group of women together for the good of Rollins College. As a social organization, all women of the College - faculty members, staff, and faculty and staff wives - are invited to become members of RWA.
