This collection covers Fraser's working years from 1936 until his retirement in 1973. Included in his collection are handwritten notes from the field of battle in World War II, broadcasts scripts for radio and television, correspondence, photographs, memorabilia, and maps.

Arrangement Note

The collection is arranged into eight series. The first series, Biographical, contains information about the acquisition of the collection, Fraser's resumes and articles, and personal correspondence. Series II contains Fraser's works from his early years in radio, 1936-1943. Series III moves into Fraser's work during World War II. Contained in this series are the following three sub-series: items regarding World War II, notebooks, and scripts for Blue Network. Series IV contains Fraser's work with the United Nations. Broken down into two sub-series, General Information and Broadcast Scripts, this series covers the inception and earliest years of the United Nations. Series V is Fraser's work after World War II. Sub-series I is Fraser's years at ABC (formerly Blue Network) right after the war. Sub-series II deals with Fraser's return move to NBC and the inception of Monitor Radio. Sub-series III contains reference material that Fraser collected throughout his working career. Series VI contains photographs, taken by Fraser during the war, or pictures of Fraser throughout the course of his career. Series VII is memorabilia collected by Fraser. Series VIII are maps that Fraser collected, a majority of which were printed during World War II.
