Portraits of the US Presidents, First Ladies and Other Notable Figures
Scope and Contents
Originally collected by President Hamilton Holt, this is a collection of engravings on the US presidents from George Washington to Ronald Reagan, as well as first ladies and other notable figures in history. As many of those portraits bear authentic signatures, the set was put in archival storage after the Olin Library was dedicated in 1985.
