In addition to various resolutions and bulletins, it contains newspaper clippings, Senate hearings, a copy of the Adjutant General's report for 1915, a reprint of the Chamberlain Compulsory Military Training Bill, and a reprint of the bill to establish a Council of National Defense. Also included is o copy of the Need of a Strong Navy.
